Lake Tahoe sits on the board of California and Nevada, nestled into the Sierra Nevada Mountains. It is the largest alpine lake in North America and is known for it’s bright blue and turquoise water.

The beautiful scenery around the lake makes it a popular destination for people from all over the United States and the world. And the abundant outdoor activities like, skiing and snowboarding in the winter, and hiking, kayaking, and mountain biking in the summer make it a favorite among outdoor enthusiasts.

I am lucky enough to call this magnificent place home so I wanted to share some of my favorite photos from around the lake with you. All photos can be downloaded for free and used as wallpapers on your computer or phone to bring a little bit of the great outdoors to your devices.
