Packing For Wine Country

While back some friends and I decided we needed to get out of the city for the weekend, and wine country seemed like the perfect choice for a weekend getaway. We got to do some wine tasting and enjoyed the beautiful spring weather.

I kept packing for this little jaunt up highway 101 pretty simple with a cute winery appropriate outfit for each day. Spring time in wine country is pretty mild and mediterranean temperature wise, it’s warm during the day and will cool down at night, so a jacket is always good to have.

I was excited to break out my white jeans, which I paired with a navy tunic top and leather sandals, for our first day of tasting adventures. Side note about those white jeans, they are totally hand-me-downs from my mom or one of my aunts so I’m never super concerned about spilling on them, staining them, or otherwise ruining them. I don’t know if it just that attitude or what, but I never manage to get anything on them!

Our second day of wine tasting was much more mellow so I just went with a dress and jean jacket. It was a little breezy so the jean jacket was really nice because I’m always cold.
